Who brought this mostly recognized real estate brand in Albania?

DUDAJ Group-SHA was established on 1993. It is one of the first Albanian private businesses operating after the socialist system collapse in the beginnings of the ’90.

The group started its activity in the area of hotels and tourism, gradually expanding its area as the Albanian economy and the group itself was growing (annual growth of 20-25%). This growth came as a result of new investments the group made on printing, graphic works, publishing, construction and construction materials, private university, and lotto sport. Currently, the group has a total of 8 businesses.
